Ordered on August 2, received September 29. The parcel went 2 months! Well, what to say… Cheese and cutlets turn out well, the egg is crumpled, but the eggs are bad. So that you get good at flakes and other dishes of liquid dough, which you need to flip in the process of cooking, you need the following. 1. perfectly flat floor in the kitchen, perfectly flat plate and frying pan. 2. the shape should fit perfectly to the bottom of the pan. If this does not happen, the dough will flow from below. As an option, you can hold the shape to the bottom of the pan with a knife or other cutlery, right to pour the dough. 3. Pour first a little dough, and when the bottom is grabbed, add to the edge of the mold. Lower than the edges of the form, do not pour, otherwise it will not reach the bottom. The fire should be small, otherwise the bottom will burn, and the top will be raw. As the top will grab, flip with the shape. In my opinion, too much frost, and the result is unpredictable. I’ll try to use cookies for baking in the oven, I’ll add a review.

Блинчики получаются маленькие,но красивые. Форма большая,поэтому нужна большая сковородка. Я покупала две формы. В красной форме сама форма меньше,но блинчики по размеру больше. Учитывайте это у кого нет большой сковородки. Тесто наливать надо тонким слоем и очень важно правильной стороной размесить в сковородке форму..Формы я рекомендую.
